Where are the drums built? |
All RCI Starlite™ shells, drums and products are hand formed and hand built, by professional acrylic drum builders at the RCI workshop based in Connecticut USA.

How long will my drums take to build? |
We know the anticipation of ordering new drums (we have all been there!!), so we have negotiated an express service with RCI for our customers… free of charge...
We can have your order put on ‘Priority Status’ This is normally reserved for endorsees! – this means we endeavor to have your drums built and delivered within 3 - 4 weeks from order (sometimes even less!)
This turn around time for custom drums is un-heard of within the bespoke drum industry!

Yes! we supply RCI drums to customers all over the world...

How are the drums delivered? |
Once built, the drums are professionally packaged at the RCI, bespoke factory and then dispatched express...
You will receive a tracking number so you can follow your drums for their entire journey to your door!
As always, we will keep you informed every step of the way.
Notes on shipping
Shipping costs vary on location of delivery. We will supply you with a shipping quote upon request.
RCI goes to great lengths to make sure your drums arrive safely with white glove treatment. RCI invests in heavy duty double wall boxes, quality bubble wrap and packing materials. All RCI items are inspected before leaving the factory.
In the event of damage during shipping we will work with you to make a claim against the shipping company and we will replace broken parts damaged by the carrier in the mean time, so you won’t have to wait.

These drums are solid as a rock and because of this, in the unlikely event of a malfunction of a drum,
A D H & RCI offer a 1 year guarantee against split seams.
