1. Payment and orders

You may pay by any major credit card or debit card. Credit and debit cards are only charged once we confirm your order. All items are custom built to your order. All efforts are made to fulfil orders within the shortest time possible, however additional and unavoidable delays may occur subject to 3rd party product availability. All information about any delay will be relayed to the customer at all times.

2. Delivery and Damages

All drums are professionally packaged at the RCI, bespoke factory and then dispatched via USPS Express. Express delivery time from the US, to your door is normally around 1 week (from completion of build - times may vary upon location)

www.acrylicdrumsheaven.com cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to the fault of the 3rd party delivery services.

RCI goes to great lengths to make sure your drums arrive safely with white glove treatment. RCI invests in heavy duty double wall boxes, high quality bubble wrap and packing materials. All RCI items are inspected before leaving the factory.

In the event of damage during shipping we will work with you to make a claim against the shipping company and we will replace broken parts damaged by the carrier in the mean time, so you won’t have to wait.

3. Intellectual Property

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks, logos and all other intellectual property rights in all materials and/or content made available as part of your use of this website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within this website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only.

You further acknowledge that any other use of the material and content of this website is strictly prohibited and you agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.
