Jeff teamed up with Romano Cotone of RCI Starlite International to make the most incredible sounding acrylic snare drum to date. The Ocheltree Starlite Snare features an RCI Starlite Super Duty IV True Continuous Vibration Shell (1/2"), hex lugs, precision cut and polished bearing edges, RCI Super Duty Performance Snare wires, Trick Strainer, Special Ocheltree Starlite heads, a laser / Diamond tipped engraved Ocheltree Starlite Badge and a machined valley snare bed.
All of its features make it extremely versatile and sensitive to the lightest tap. From the buzz roll to the hardest rim shot, the RCI Starlite Snare speaks volumes.

The half inch shell is simply awesome. You will gaze at the bearing edge in wonder and amazement - a true spectacle in its own right!. The craftsmanship that goes into each one is unsurpassed, you have to remember that RCI are the only manufacturer that can bend (or for that matter even attempted to bend) 1/2" acrylic, couple this with the close attention to detail (the beautiful lugs, the logos etc) and you start to realize just how important and groundbreaking these snares are.
