The 'Vortex'...
"I started out as a player with an inherited Vintage Ludwig Vistalite. Having played that kit for my first few years and gaining well needed experience, I soon realized I needed a better kit and a lot more drums! This time I wanted something really pro, drums I could keep and play until the grave. I decided I wanted to stick to acrylic, so my search began!
After finding Acrylic Drums Heaven, I was basically able to completely design my own custom made RCI Kit. Dave (@ A D H) helped me through every stage and made the whole buying experience a pleasurable one..
As for the drums, themselves, I am convinced I will never find anything that sound as loud or as clear and look so damn good. I also have to tell you that these drums sound awesome also! Strong attack, good tones, and very sturdy lugs / hardware.
RCI must make the best acrylic drums the world has ever seen, or will ever see again."
